Services (COVID-19 Update) 

As we reopen our physical showroom shop, we are taking precautions in line with recommendations by the CDC and the state to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. Some of our precautionary measures include:

  • reduce opening hours to limit appointments and appointment overlap
  • increased buffer times between appointments to allow for proper sanitation
  • the reception lobby will be closed except for checkout – we will call you in when it’s time for your appointment. We will have a plexiglass barrier on the counter and checkouts will be touchless.
  • we will require clients to wear facemasks upon entering the lobby, and we will take everyone’s temperature upon arrival. If you are exhibiting any symptoms, please stay home – we may ask you to reschedule your appointment as well.
  • all staff will be wearing face masks and/or face shields while performing services.
  • hand sanitizer will be placed throughout the shop where we will encourage frequent use.

We will update these guidelines as we get more guidance, and we thank you for your cooperation to keep our community healthy!

If you weren’t pleased with your service, please reach out to us. Services are non-refundable, but it’s important to us that you are 100% satisfied. We’ll do
everything we can to try to make you satisfied! Also please note that we may direct some individuals to a dermatologist for truly severe skin conditions.

Products
For unopened products, we accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days. If you’re unsure about a product, we’d be glad to make a sample of it for you to try at home, so you can open your new product when you’re sure it works for you.

Shipping
All online orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via USPS. Standard shipping times are 3-7 business days within the contingious United States. If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to contact our customer support at support@nefaire.com

Gift Cards
Physical gift cards are equivalent to cash. While they never expire, we cannot replace them if they are lost or stolen. They also can’t be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling More Than 24 Hours From Your Appointment
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, no problem. Give us a call at (203) 349-5079 to cancel your appointment, or send us an email at westport@nefaire.com.

Canceling Within 24 Hours
Cancellations within 24 hours have a $25 fee. We understand things come up sometimes, so please give us a call at (203) 349-5079  with any questions.

LATE POLICY

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment time so you can check in and settle in. We understand things come up sometimes, so if you know you’ll be late, please give us a call at (203) 349-5079, so we can accommodate the your situation in the best possible way.

Nefaire is dedicated to protecting your data privacy and safety. We collect information from our clients to better craft our overall experience, and we want to be transparent on why we do so.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND WHY

When you book a treatment or shop online with Nefaire, we collect your data in a variety of ways, including when you choose to share it with us.

 

When you book a facial/massage or make a purchase on Nefaire’s website, we will ask for the following information. This information is necessary to collect payment, process & ship your order, and to communicate order status.

When you book a facial/massage or purchase a product on Nefaire’s website, it will result in creating an account in Booker, our third party booking software. If you choose to create an account, we will create a profile containing your order history & stored addresses for easy access. All of your order history is stored within our system, so creating an account simply provides you with access to that information.

 

When you contact us via email or phone, we will ask for information to identify you in our system. This is needed to provide timely assistance. We may also ask for your feedback in shopping or communicating with us to improve our services.

When you visit our website, the following technical information will be collected, in order to protect your data and our website. We also use this information to improve our shopping experience, products and services provided.

• IP address

• Your browser type

• Your operation system

• Your browse behavior on our website, such as product pages visited

• Shopping behavior on our website, utilized for delivery of re-marketing and promotional offers

We also use ‘cookies’ to collect data on pages you view on our site, as well as to power the delivery of re-marketing and promotional offers.

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION 

Whenever you book a facial/massage or purchase a product with us, we collect information such as your email address, phone number, etc. for internal record purposes. When you take our online skin quiz, we collect information based on your responses for internal data analysis, so that we can craft a better service and experience.

We never share or sell your information to third parties, except with parties that are required to make a booking (i.e. Booker Software).
