FAQ

What is your cancellation policy?

We require appointment cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellations are made after this window, there will be a $25 cancellation fee.

What if I’m running late?

We understand that things happen – if you know you will be late to an appointment, please call us in advance to let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but in the case that we can’t, we’d be happy to reschedule you for another time.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! You can put any amount on our gift cards, and our gift cards do not have an expiration date.
